Using the malt grown on-site at the brewery, we add Yorkshire Cobble Loaves from Betty’s of Harrogate to the mash giving this Pilsner a premium Yorkshire base. This is then infused with Bavarian noble hops and gently filtered Yorkshire water to create a Pilsner with a deep richness, strong notes of bread and caramel and a full-bodied, yet soft mouthfeel.
This craft Pilsner is inspired by Bavaria with a uniquely British twist.
